We're looking for a talented F&B Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operation of our Food & Beverage department.
The Role
As an F&B Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the floor while maintaining high standards throughout. You will also:
- Address guest complaints effectively and ensure that every guest leaves with a positive impression.
- Supervise banking procedures, manage stock levels, and assist with achieving beverage cost targets through accurate inventory management.
- Take charge of events within the hotel, ensuring they run smoothly and that guests enjoy a memorable experience.
- Guide and motivate your staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Conduct shift briefings and step in for F&B management when needed.
The Person
As well as having previous experience in a similar role as a F&B Supervisor, we look for an F&B Supervisor to have absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a charismatic personality and a natural talent for creating memorable guest experiences. A can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to various guest requests and situations are essential. Lastly, the role requires a strong command of the English language and a polished, professional appearance.
